Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work for GreyNOC purchases, subscriptions, pre-orders, service bookings, digital products, custom work, and other purchase options.

All Purchases Are Final

All GreyNOC purchases are final once payment is completed.

GreyNOC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by law.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you purchase a custom service, consulting service, website build, cybersecurity review, OSINT report, pentesting service, software setup, or other service-based product, you may request cancellation only if GreyNOC has not started work.

Once GreyNOC has begun work, research, setup, development, review, configuration, analysis, communication, planning, testing, or preparation, the purchase cannot be canceled or refunded.

Digital Products

Digital products cannot be canceled once access has been provided.

This includes software downloads, files, reports, tools, templates, training materials, access links, beta access, or any other digital item made available after purchase.

Subscriptions or Recurring Purchase Options

If GreyNOC offers subscriptions or recurring purchase options, you may cancel future recurring charges according to the cancellation method provided at the time of purchase.

Canceling a subscription stops future billing. It does not refund previous payments, partial billing periods, completed charges, used access, delivered products, or services already provided.

Access may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Orders

If GreyNOC offers a pre-order product, cancellation may only be requested before the product, download, access, service, or deliverable has been released, delivered, started, or made available.

Once the pre-order item has been delivered, released, started, or made accessible, the purchase becomes final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Custom Orders and Special Requests

Custom orders, special requests, personalized services, security work, reports, software setup, website development, consulting, or other made-to-order work cannot be canceled once GreyNOC has begun working on the order.

Custom work is final because it requires time, labor, planning, research, development, or analysis specific to the customer.

Missed Appointments or Customer Delays

If a customer misses a scheduled meeting, fails to provide required information, delays communication, does not provide access, or prevents GreyNOC from completing the service, the order remains final and is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

GreyNOC may choose, at its discretion, to reschedule or continue the work when possible.

Duplicate or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same purchase, contact GreyNOC for review.

A correction may be issued only if GreyNOC confirms that a duplicate charge, payment error, or billing mistake occurred.

Legal Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived. If a cancellation, refund, correction, or other remedy is required by applicable law, GreyNOC will follow the law.
