Thank you for shopping with GreyNOC. Please review this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
GreyNOC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
All purchases are final once payment is completed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Digital products
- Software downloads
- Security tools
- Training materials
- Reports
- Custom services
- Website builds
- Consulting services
- Beta access
- Subscriptions, if applicable
- Any other GreyNOC product or service
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying the product or service as described and that the sale is final.
No Returns
Because many GreyNOC products and services are digital, custom, security-related, or service-based, we do not accept returns.
Once a digital product, download, access link, report, software file, service, or custom deliverable has been provided, it cannot be returned.
No Refunds
GreyNOC does not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to read the product description
- Failure to understand system requirements
- Incompatibility with your device, software, network, or setup
- Delays caused by the customer
- Completed services
- Partially completed services
- Downloaded digital products
- Delivered reports or files
- Custom work already started
- Tester access or beta participation
- Discounted or promotional purchases
Digital Products and Software
Digital products, software, tools, templates, reports, and downloads are considered delivered once access is provided, a download link is sent, a file is made available, or the product is otherwise accessible to the customer.
GreyNOC is not responsible if you fail to download, install, configure, or use a digital product correctly after access has been provided.
Custom Services
For custom services, including cybersecurity work, website builds, consulting, OSINT research, pentesting, hardening reviews, software configuration, or custom reports, payment is final once work has begun.
GreyNOC does not provide refunds for time, labor, research, development, analysis, or work already performed.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us so we can review the issue.
A billing correction may be provided only if GreyNOC confirms that an actual duplicate charge, payment error, or billing mistake occurred.
Legal Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived. If a refund, return, cancellation, or correction is required by applicable law, GreyNOC will follow the law.
