Did We Build The Worlds First Real AI Killswitch
Today we released GREYNOC GUARDIAN version 6.1 for Windows. This version comes with a proper Windows installer so normal users can easily install and run the program without any technical setup.
Inside Guardian is a feature we call the AI Killswitch.
With one button you can scan your entire system for running AI processes such as Ollama LM Studio llama.cpp torch and similar tools then terminate them all at once. It can also find and help you manage AI model files stored on your computer.
This raises an important question.
Are we the first to create a complete and easy to use security application that treats local AI runtimes as potential threats and gives everyday users a safe one button way to shut them down?
Most antivirus tools still ignore local AI completely. Most people running AI models at home have no simple or safe way to stop them when they need to.
We built this because local AI is getting more powerful every month and sometimes it needs to be stopped quickly and completely.
